Women Between Arts is the first and currently only interdisciplinary women artists series in New York curated by multi- and interdisciplinary artist Luisa Muhr at The New School (Glass Box Theater). The series has been created for anyone who identifies as a woman and their groups/ensembles/collaborators (including people of all genders and non-binary people), who works with any combination of music, theater, dance, poetry, performance art, installations, and/or visual arts in an unconventional way. Each series features three women artists and/or their groups and presents 15 minutes of their work each. There is a talk-back after the performances where audience members have the opportunity to engage with the artists.

Luisa's mission is to provide a platform for and encourage dialogue between strong, diverse female artists of at least one or a combination of multiple fields to create interdisciplinary work.

Women Between Arts is the younger sister of FENGARI Works and was created with the support and encouragement of John Zorn and Richard Kessler (Dean of Mannes School of Music).
